New York Style Cheesecake My Way! Noreen's Kitchen

Greetings! Rick's very favorite birthday or anytime dessert is cheesecake, but not just any cheesecake, New York Cheesecake! I made one for his birthday which was on March 1st and this is how I did it.

We both agree that cheesecake should be unadulterated with no toppings except for the lovely sour cream topping on this one. This is dense, delicious, sweet and tangy and perfect for a birthday!
