3 SWEET AND EASY VALENTINE DESSERTS!!

Here are three delicious sweet and easy Valentine desserts that are perfect to share with your sweetheart, whoever that may be! These are suitable for your boyfriend or girlfriend or for your galentines or your friends or your kids! It doesn't matter if this is for Valentines day or any day of the week. Make them just because I promise you they are that good!
First up we have some delicious Pots du Creme or fancy chocolate pudding. This rich, custard is a no cook version and all you need is a blender to make that happen! It all comes together relatively quick with some eggs, hot milk, chocolate chips, sugar and vanilla. I know you will want to give this a try. It is rich, and decadant and it is definitetly worthy of a Valentine dessert!
Next up we have some super easy cake mix cookies! You can go any direction you like with this one. I chose some red velvet and strawberry cookies but you can use any flavor cake mix you like with whatever coordinating mix ins you like. The only other ingrdients you need are two eggs and 1/2 cup of vegetable or or melted butter. Mix it up and scoop it on to a baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes and you are good to go! If you really want to get fancy turn them into crinkle cookies by rolling the dough balls in powdered sugar before baking and there you have a beautiful crackly crinkle cookie!
Last but not least, we have a delicious and a little healthy popcorn snack that stands on its own! This popcorn has semi sweet chocolate chips that are filled with coconut as well as unsweetened coconut flakes and freeze dried strawberries that have been crushed a little so that the powder will stick to the popcorn. This gets all mixed up so the popcorn turns a little pink and the strawberry flavor spreads everywhere. This snack is amazing. A little salt from the popcorn. A little sweetness from the strawberry and the chocolate and the coconut. It really is a delicious but unusual combination that works!
