2 CIRCUITS
3 EXERCISES PER CIRCUIT
NO RESTING - If absolutely necessary, rest for 1 minute in between completion of each round
CIRCUIT 1
BATTLE ROPES // 30 Seconds
(alternative: alternating dumbbell/kettlebell front raises)
CLOSE GRIP ELEVATED PUSH-UPS // 15-20 or as many as you can do in 30 seconds
KETTLEBELL SUMO SQUATS // As many as you can do in 30 seconds
(kettlebell optional)
*REPEAT CIRCUIT 3 - 4 rounds depending on level of conditioning
CIRCUIT 2
ROWING MACHINE // 30 Seconds
(alternative: back row weight machine with light weight or TRX band back rows)
HEX TRAP BAR DEADLIFTS // 30 Seconds
(alternative: dumbbell deadlifts)
HANGING LEG RAISES // As many as you can do in 15 - 30 seconds
(alternative: lying leg raises)
*REPEAT CIRCUIT 3 - 4 rounds depending on level of conditioning
