Sole with Harissa En Papillote | Bart van Olphen

Today I’m cooking “en papillote” which is actually a French technique of cooking fish where the fish and vegetables are cooked inside foil in the oven. Taught by the French but I’m making it Middle Eastern style today!

A wonderful recipe with harissa and lemon which gives the fish and vegetables a great kick. The taste is amazing, but it also looks restaurant-worthy on your dining table! Enjoy!
