THAI SALAD WITH SQUID / CALAMARES | Bart van Olphen

The first Fishy Friday of 2021 is a fact! Happy new year everyone! Today I'm going to make a super delicious crunchy Thai salad with squid! You might think cooking squid is hard but it isn’t. The trick to avoid rubber texture: don’t fry them for too long!

This crunchy salad with cabbage, coriander spring onion and the seafood hero of today is delicious, healthy and a great start of the new year! Enjoy guys!
