What I Made with My "Real Good Farm Box"

With many restaurants facing mandated closures, hardworking Midwest farmers are losing their biggest customers. But we can still help.

Our friends at Real Good Stuff have assembled these great Farm Boxes, filled with seasonal produce, meat, dairy and poultry from some of our favorite Chicago-area farms.

When I opened my box, my mind went straight to an apple-onion-sweet potato hash. Then to a "stacked enchilada" with roasted tomato-chipotle sauce. Then to a fried egg. It all comes together beautifully.
