The Curie temperature
On heating beyond the Curie temperature, a ferromagnetic material becomes paramagnetic. It therefore will not be attracted by a permanent magnet.
(In a ferromagnet, the magnetic dipoles are aligned. At high temperatures, the entropy term dominates so they point randomly to create the paramagnetic state).
