No flu #cabbagesoup or cabbage stew as l was raised with! It's a comforting but not overwhelmingly heavy soup that always go #viral every year when I post it and I'll list some of the nutrients information below for you. stew is basically a simmering anothecary pot in disguise. Every ingredient is pulling its weight like an old-world remedy with receipts. Ginger brings anti-inflammatory compounds like gingerol that help with nausea and circulation.
