PORK BELLY by Jelly...Which did not crisp up as I would have liked... on this first attempt of mine...but I think this may be the best device on the market for the recipe...maybe I'll post the perfected recipe soon...but it tasted absolutely fantastic with excellent roast pork flavor that was as good or better than any pork roast I've ever cooked and was EASY to eat!!
