RFK Jr. once cut off raccoon's genitalia to 'study'

According to a new book, RFK Jr.: The Fall and Rise by Isabel Vincent, the US Secretary of Health once cut the p*nis off of a dead raccoon so he could 'study it later.'

The bizarre moment, which occurred on November 11, 2001, is detailed in one of his diary entries.

'I was standing in front of my parked car on I-684 cutting the p*nis out of a road killed raccoon, thinking about how weird some of my family members have turned out to be,' he wrote. 'My kids waited patiently in the car.'
