Join us on our journey to Machu Picchu- Aguas Calientes in Peru.

We took a very scenic PeruRail train ride to Machu Picchu from Cusco to Aguas Calientes, which is the town closest to Machu Picchu. We booked our train ride through PeruRail and rode the Vistadome, aweing at the beautiful valley view. During the ride, we traveled over the rivers and through the foothills of the beautiful Andes mountains.

Aguas Calientes is a small town below Machu Picchu and is the pit stop for any traveler going to the ancient city. We spent the day exploring the quaint town, walking down the cobblestone streets, eating Peruvian dishes, and shopping.

► WHO WE ARE?

We are Gladys and Kenny, we finally made our dreams a reality. In January 2018, we downsized and take the steps to pursue our dream, to travel full time for as long as we can. We rented our house, moved into our attached studio apartment, and continued to travel on a part-time basis until it prepared us for full-time travel. On June 30, 2019, we left to travel the world full-time. The first stop was Bali, Indonesia. It wasn't a simple decision to leave our friends and family. However, you only live once and we didn't want to live with any regrets. We want to document our journey, so we recently did so with vlogs on YouTube and Social Media.
