How to get to ISLA MUJERES from CANCUN | Ultramar Ferry from Cancun to Isla Mujeres | Cancun 2021

Are you wanting to take a day trip to ISLA MUJERES from CANCUN and wondering how to get there? Today I am going to show you HOW TO GET TO ISLA MUJERES FROM CANCUN MEXICO IN 2021 using the ULTRAMAR FERRY!

Isla Mujeres is one of the MOST popular day trips from Cancun. The Hotel Zone in Cancun has three ferry ports that make it easy to get over to the island. If you need to take the local bus to a ferry port like we did, it is 12 Mexican Pesos or less than $1 USD. Just let them know what ferry dock you need to go to and they will drop you off, HINT: you will not be the only tourist on the bus and they will tell you when you are at your stop. Once you are at the Ferry Port, there is a stand to buy tickets to Isla Mujeres. The tickets are $21 USD for a round trip ticket. I will link the website to the ferry here 👉🏼 https://www.ultramarferry.com/en 👈🏼 but just know you do NOT need to buy tickets ahead of time. Also the ferry schedule times on line is not correct! I am unsure of the times, so if you are worried about times contact the ferry directly.

The ferry is approximately 20 mins from Cancun to Isla Mujeres. Once off the Ferry, at the port in Isla Mujeres, they will check your temperature and you walk through a disinfecting mist.
