It is very common in our area to find abandoned puppies. Many people don't want to pay to neuter their dog and prefer to separate the babies of their mum and abandon them somewhere else. That is their way to resolve their problem.
We never stop neuter as the number of the stray animals is enormous and we will never stop helping in any way we can.
