Blind and malnourished stray dog rescued from the streets

Helen found as a stray about 7 months ago in a road that leads up to the mountains , she was blind and malnourished, also positive to heartworm and leismania and had a big cyst at her tail.
Vet informed us that she had Thelazia, a very rare disease..
She is a small size dog, only 12 kg and has a wonderful kind character.
Helen remained blind, she lives with us and is still under treatment.
