I invite you to join these VERY relaxed ADVANCED open ballet classes where there is no pressure to perform and where you can just be yourself in your safe space. All classes are from Barre to Centre Practice/Warm Up Allegro, unless the description for any of the videos say anything different. SUGGESTIONS FOR MORE CLASS CONTENT IS WELCOME!

My name is Monique Rockliffe and I am an ex-professional ballet, jazz, tap, and contemporary dancer, who danced in three professional companies over thirty years as a soloist and principal dancer. I was trained in Royal Academy of Dance mainly, but also in the Cecchetti and Vaganova methods.
