This channel is dedicated to all dancers - present and past - who just HAVE to dance or they will lose a part of themselves! I invite you to join these VERY relaxed ADVANCED open ballet classes where there is no pressure to perform and where you can just be yourself in your safe space. All classes are from Barre to Warm Up Allegro only. SUGGESTIONS FOR CLASS CONTENT IS WELCOME!

My name is Monique Rockliffe and I am an ex-professional ballet, jazz, tap, and contemporary dancer, who danced in three professional companies over thirty years as a soloist and principal dancer. I was trained in Royal Academy of Dance mainly, but also in the Cecchetti and Vaganova methods. I am also an award-winning choreographer and dance judge with five decades of experience in all the above-mentioned dance forms.
