PATRA'S CARNIVAL DURING THE PANDEMIC *Hipster Moxy doll for the virtual parade

Patra, the town where I live here in Greece is really famous for its Carnival. This year the parade won't be possible because of the strict measures, so there will be a virtual parade ("παρέλαση των ονείρων": "the parade of the dreams") Anyone could get a woodden doll to decorate. My colleagues and I decided to dress one up into a Carnival Hipster traveller, since we work in a Moxy Hotel.
This is just one idea to get crafty at home and to partecipate to events even in this period.
I started by the beard and mustache, the main focal point for a hipster.
The hardest thing has been finding the right fabric for the trousers, in the end I found a colourful striped one, perfect for the hipster style and also for Carnival. Then I proceeded with a pink vest and a jean-jacket.
At this point to sprinkle a little bit of Carnival, I decided to add a lot of fringes to the jacket, and to add a sparkly red fedora hat.
The focal point is the suitcase, that has the logo of the hotel written with a ribbon, this item set the traveller style.
I then added a couple of other details such as a big perlescent button, round glasses and superga twine shoes.
I had so much fun shooting in a matchy outfit, at least I experienced a little bit of Carnival also this year.
