Bewitched, Bothered and Bewildered (Cover by Nick and Jane)

Nick and Jane cover a Rogers and Hart standard. “Bewitched, Bothered and Bewildered”, was originally a show tune for the Richard Rogers and Lorenz Hart 1940 musical “Pal Joey”.
This song has been covered many times over the years both with and without the lyrics. Notable covers include:
Benny Goodman, Doris Day, Mel Tormé, Frank Sinatra, Dorothy Squires, Barbra Streisand, Jack Jones, Carly Simon, Sinéad O'Connor, Rod Stewart with Cher, The Supremes, Celine Dion, Rufus Wainwright, Jeff Lynne, and most recently Lady Gaga with Tony Bennett.
Jane’s favourite version is Ella Fitzgerald’s 1956 “Ella Fitzgerald Sings the Rogers & Hart Songbook”.
Nick’s favourite is a bit earlier – the 1953 “Oscar Peterson plays Richard Rogers” which features Barney Kessel on guitar & Ray Brown on Bass.
