Inside Downing Street: Boris Johnson Welcomed as New UK Prime Minister at Number 10

Footage filmed inside 10 Downing Street shows Boris Johnson being welcomed by staff after his first speech as the new prime minister of the UK.

Mr Johnson promised that the UK will leave the EU on 31st October "no ifs, or buts".

Moments earlier outgoing prime minister Theresa May gave her final farewell outside No 10 and tendered her resignation to Queen Elizabeth II.
