This is exactly how I studied for the MCAT and was able to go from a 515 to a 522 in 7 days, and overall study for one month going from a 513 to a 522.

I absolutely do not think this video should be taken as dogma on how you should study for the MCAT. The most important things are to identify your own strengths and learning styles, gather information on techniques/schedules for studying, and make your own personal plan which you can stick to. I hope you find something in this video that may aid in your journey to getting whatever a GREAT score is for you and your goals. GOOD LUCK.
