I also go through the entire timeline of when all of these events happened for ME. I'm sharing my timeline because that was definitely a source of anxiety for me. If looking at my schedule helps you sleep better at night, GREAT. If it is at all stressing you out, IGNORE IT. No two people have the same timeline of when they get into medical school. The important thing is to keep focusing on the end goal, believing it will happen, and trying to have peace through the journey because you are sure of the end result. No one asks you when you got your acceptances or how many application cycles you went through in order to become a doctor.
