Re: title - I’ve never been asked that before! This proactiveness around creating the positive/motivating gym atmosphere I want to see and share with others is really shining in a good way. I feel like the interactions are helping people open up to each other, sharing stories, tips and words that wouldn’t have been shared before. It may not always be good or as expected/hoped, but what matters is what we do and how we react.

Ken Lucas, thank you for the awesome engagement question a few videos ago. I share my top 3 items (IMO) on how my strength has helped me in the real world.

If you guys want more voiceovers like this, please share topics you’d like covered end let’s see which ones get the most likes.
