Ingredients:
350grams pork liver
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
Ground black pepper
1 clove chopped garlic
1 tsp oyster sauce
Marinate for 1 hour
300grams pork’s heart
600grams pork shoulder / kasim
6cloves chopped garlic
7 tbsp soysauce
3 tbsp lemon juice or Yuzo citrus
1 tsp ground black pepper
Mix and marinate for 1 hour
150 grams potato
100grams carrots
150 gram onion
35 grams chopped garlic
50grams red bell pepper
50 grams green bell pepper
100 grams chick peas
80 grams green peas
Spice:
4 tbsp vinegar
3 leaves laurel
3 pcs dry chili 🌶
1 tsp spiceground black pepper
1 tsp fish sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 small can Reno leaver spread
Vegetable oil
