Solved! Honda Accord 03 07 Erratic Idle Pulsing RPM's Dying Surge

In this video my 2006 Honda Accord was having troubles idling. The RPM's would pulse up and down and then die. It had been sitting for 6 months so I decided to check it out and see if any of the intake hoses cracked, or the air filter was bad.

After looking at those and not seeing anything wrong with them I disconnected the MAF sensor and found something I've never seen before!
