ULTIMATE KETO PIZZA made at home that you MUST try!
Who doesn't love an amazing pizza? When you don't have to feel guilty afterwards, it's so much better! In this video, we make 2 pizzas!

Keto Pizza Dough Ingredients:
3 cups of mozzarella cheese
4 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 cup of almond flour
2 eggs
Directions:
1. Melt mozzarella and cream cheese together in the microwave in 1 minute increments until both are melted (usually is 2 minutes and 30 seconds)
2. Mix melted cheeses and then add in almond flour and eggs
3. Knead really well with hands or use a hand mixer with the "s" or "dough" hook (if you are using your hands, put oil onto your hands to make it easier to work with)
4. Shape the dough into your preferred pizza crust (ex. round, square, thin, thick, etc.) on top of parchment paper
5. Bake dough until lightly golden brown at 425 degrees (10-15 minutes depending on what you're cooking it on, keep a close eye on it) If you are not using a pizza stone you can simply use a baking sheet to bake your pizza crust
6. Pull pizza out of the oven or grill when it is lightly golden brown then put your preferred toppings on then bake until your toppings are done to your liking
Topping Suggestions
The Cadillac: (not KETO but it is low carb) Fig jam, gorgonzola cheese, shredded parmesan, prosciutto, and balsamic glaze
The Classic: Pizza sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, Italian sausage, and mushrooms.
