2 WAYS SUKANG SAWSAWAN | 2 WAYS SPICED VINEGAR DIPPING SAUCE

SUKANG SAWSAWAN or SPICED VINEGAR DIPPING SAUCE is a Filipino dipping sauce which is made of vinegar, garlic, onion, chili, and some other spices. It is a ​perfect dip for fried or grilled foods.

Ingredients:
Regular Sukang Sawsawan
1 &1/2 cup vinegar
1 medium-sized yellow or red onion
8 cloves garlic
5 pcs red chilis
1 pc green chili (optional)
1 tsp ground pepper
3 tsp coarse salt
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp soy sauce

2nd type of sawsawan
1 tsp ground pepper
8 cloves garlic
3 pcs red chili
1 pc green chili
40g ginger
1 medium-sized onion
3 tsp coarse salt
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1 & 1/4 cup vinegar
