FIRST STEP IN ANXIETY RECOVERY | The power of true acceptance for anxiety relief and recovery

Anxiety recovery can seem like this overwhelming and impossible to achieve goal but it is 100% achievable, I know it is. After years of dealing with anxiety and panic issues and tons of research on anxiety recovery techniques, I have noticed that there are a few key aspects in every story that come up over and over again.
One of the main ones being anxiety acceptance and letting the symptoms and sensations come and go naturally without reacting to them. The main idea being that by not reacting to the symptoms and not trying to stop or suppress them we start to deescalate the very intense stress and will quickly return to baseline levels (calm state).
For me personally, I have tried this method for a very very long time, at least I think I did but I believe I have gone on about it the wrong way and I do think that a lot of you probably do too.

Here in this video, I will describe my approach to being able to accept anxiety, rewire my anxious brain and then slowly work myself out the anxiety disorders I have dealt with.
