Every time you have to get on stage to deliver a speech, your heart pounds furiously. The fear seems to paralyse you. What if you realised this is true for most people in this world? The talk delivers a very empowering message: even if we don't completely overcome the fear, we can find a way to talk on stage despite the fear. Arun rao is one of the founders of Focus-U. His journey started as the Country Head for Hewlett Packard in India.
