How I Lost 130 Pounds | Weight Loss Wednesday Series

In today's Weight Loss Wednesday series, I talk about how I lost 130 pounds. Weight loss has been my life for the past 5 years so I just wanted to make a video where I talk about what prompted me to lose weight and what kinds of exercises or dieting plans I follow/ed. Being on a weight loss journey can be difficult and especially so if you need to lose more than 100 pounds. I've been there and am still looking to lose 30 pounds more. If you're on a journey to lose weight, just know that you're not alone in your weight loss struggles and you got this!
