135lbs – 10 reps
205lbs – 5 reps
255lbs – 3 reps
315lbs - 2 reps
365lbs – 1 rep
405/425lbs – 2 reps
455/475lbs – 1rep
2.) Wide Grip Lat Pulldown – (pyramid up in weight) 20reps/12reps/10reps/8reps/Tripple drop set
3.) V bar Lat Pull Down/Straight bar Pull Down: 3 sets of 12 (super set)
4.) High Row Machine: 4 sets of 10-12reps
5.) T-Bar Row: 4 sets of 8-10 reps
6.) Preacher Curl Machine: 3 sets 12-15reps
7.) EZ Bar Cur: 3 sets of 10reps
8.) Single Arm Cable Curl: 3 sets to failure
9.) Rear Delt Fly Machine/Up Right Row: 4 sets 12-15 reps
