This study focuses on identifying molecular subtypes of clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) through the analysis of mitochondrial dynamics-related genes. Mitochondrial fission and fusion processes play critical roles in tumor metabolism, proliferation, and apoptosis. By integrating transcriptomic data with bioinformatics approaches, the research classifies ccRCC into distinct molecular subtypes, revealing differences in clinical outcomes, tumor microenvironment characteristics, and immune infiltration patterns. Furthermore, a prognostic risk model is developed based on key mitochondrial dynamic genes, enabling prediction of patient survival and aiding in personalized treatment strategies. This work highlights the importance of mitochondrial dynamics in tumor progression and offers novel biomarkers for risk stratification in ccRCC.
