Human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes (hUC-MSC-Exos) have shown promising potential in mitigating doxorubicin-induced cellular senescence. These exosomes are rich in bioactive molecules such as proteins, lipids, and microRNAs that promote cellular repair, reduce oxidative stress, and enhance regenerative processes. By targeting pathways associated with DNA damage response, inflammation, and mitochondrial dysfunction, hUC-MSC-Exos can effectively counteract the senescence induced by doxorubicin, a commonly used chemotherapeutic agent known for its cardiotoxic and age-accelerating side effects.
