My Squat Discovery | How to Squat More Instantly! | Arm Drive!
When I first thought of this I was going to keep it secret, but I'm not that good of a lifter for it to matter 😂 So I thought why not share it with the 32 people who will watch this video? (Still will be a secret). This really works, but you need to be careful not to offshift your balance and practice with submaximal weight before going heavy. I found it works best with elbows pointed down but completely vertical is not necessary and will take power away from back power. Force = mass x acceleration, so wouldn't added acceleration generated by arms while still maximally exerting force with legs and back result in greater force. Think of it like your spotting your own squat with your own arms!
