EASY OVERNIGHT CINNAMON ROLLS | In-Depth Recipe

Give my easy overnight cinnamon rolls recipe a try. Just prepare the rolls at night, then bake them the following morning for a delicious breakfast. They make a great dessert as well. There's a million cinnamon roll recipes out there, but this one is a winner, guaranteed.

CINNAMON ROLL DOUGH
(makes 8 large cinnamon rolls)
Warm Water, 227g (1 cup or 8 oz.)**
Powdered Buttermilk, 40g (4 Tbsp. or 1.5 oz.)**
Eggs, 2 each
Butter, 57g (4 Tbsp. or 2 oz.)
Granulated Sugar, 65g (1/3 Cup or 2.25 oz.)
Sea Salt, 8g (1 1/4 tsp or .3 oz.)
All-Purpose Flour, 567g (4 Cups or 20 oz.)
Yeast, 7g (1/4 oz. or 2 tsp)
**you can easily sub out the water and buttermilk powder for whole milk.

CINNAMON ROLL FILLING
Unsalted Butter, 57g (4 tbsp. or 2 oz.)
Brown Sugar, 170g (1 cup or 6 oz.)
Cinnamon, 12g (.5 oz. or 1.5 Tbsp.)
Cardamom, 1/8 tsp.
Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp.
Sea Salt, 1/4 tsp.

CREAM CHEESE ICING
Cream Cheese, 3 oz. (or 85g)
Butter, 42g (1.5 oz. or 3 Tbsp.)
Sifted Powdered Sugar, 113g (1 Cup or 4.0 oz.)
Vanilla Extract, 1/2 tsp.
Sea Salt, 1/4 tsp.
