Case 21: Manual of CTO Interventions - Ensuring true lumen wire position

Circumflex CTO with bifurcation at the distal cap. The obtuse marginal branch distal to the bifurcation was successfully wired following by wiring of the distal circumflex using a dual lumen microcatheter. However, the distal circumflex wire was subintimal, as was discovered after placing a stent. Re-entry into the distal circumflex was achieved using a Stingray system, followed by stenting and excellent final result.
