Pita's Mediterranean "Gyrito" Gyro Burrito Challenge!!

A&Z #895 - Randy Santel "Atlas" vs the Mediterranean "Gyrito" Gyro Burrito Challenge at Pita Mediterranean Street Food in Columbus, Georgia!! After getting back from my brief 4-day break in Spokane, Washington, I traveled south from Atlanta to Columbus, Georgia to help my friends with Pita Mediterranean Street Food kick off their new Mediterranean "Gyrito" Gyro Burrito Challenge which was so tasty!! There are over 35 Pita locations around the country, and I attempted this gyrito challenge at their Columbus-Whittlesey location in Columbus, Georgia. It was just as delicious as the "Olympus" Loaded Gyro Fries Challenge I defeated and helped kick off at their Midtown Atlanta, GA location a few weeks prior. I had 45 minutes to finish 1lb of parboiled rice, 1lb of chicken, and 1lb of gyro meat wrapped inside a few flour tortillas with yummy healthy vegetables and queso sauce. It was all smothered with more cheese plus tomatoes, and then surrounded with over 1lb of Mediterranean seasoned fries. I was trying to become the first champion to win my $50 Mediterranean meal free plus a different sweet t-shirt and spot on the Columbus-Whittlesey location's Wall of Fame. Thank you to everyone with Pita Mediterranean Street Food for the wonderful food, drinks, and hospitality!! Thanks also to everyone who came to watch and meet me that evening!! Pita Street Food's Mediterranean "Gyrito" Gyro Burrito Challenge in Columbus, Georgia ($50):

- Pita Street Food has over 35 locations all around the USA, with most of them in Georgia.
- I attempted this gyrito challenge at the Columbus-Whittlesey location in Columbus, Georgia.
- The challenge is now available at other Pita locations, but only in advance by special request.
- There are multiple tortillas filled with 1lb parboiled rice, 1lb chicken, and 1lb of Pita's gyro meat.
- All that is covered with Pita's queso sauce plus a few healthy vegetables like onions and lettuce.
- The gyrito is covered with more cheese sauce plus tomatoes and other tasty looking garnishes.
- The gyrito is then surrounded with Pita's fries that are sprinkled with Mediterranean seasonings.
- The whole challenge platter weighs around 6lbs and there are no drink/beer requirements.
- There is a 45 minute time limit to finish everything. Good luck and use your time wisely!!
- Winners receive the $50 meal free, a sweet Pita Mediterranean t-shirt, and Wall of Fame.
