Gourmet Texas Burger Challenge w/ 7 Delicious Hamburgers!!

A&Z #909 - Randy Santel "Atlas" vs Athens Burger Bar's "Home of the Hamburger" Gourmet Texas Burger Challenge at Athens Burger Bar located in Athens, Texas!! After attempting the "King" Katsu Challenge at Krazy Katsu & Udon in Houston, Texas, I traveled to Athens, Texas which is known as the "Home of the Hamburger" because it's where "Uncle" Fletcher Davis created and served it at his cafe before bringing it to the 1904 World's Fair in St Louis, Missouri. I was the first person to attempt and help kick off the new "Home of the Hamburger" Gourmet Texas Burger Challenge at Athens Burger Bar which serves up 7 different delicious craft hamburgers on their menu. I had 1 hour to feast on one of all 7 of their craft burgers, weighing just over 6lbs, plus a 1lb "Chili Bomb" which is their delicious Fritz fries topped with cheese and Texas-style meaty chili (no beans). I was trying to become the first person to win my ~$90 gourmet Texas burger meal free, a sweet Athens Burger Bar t-shirt, and a spot on the Wall of Fame inside Common Area Market (CAM). Thanks to owners Chris and Amanda, and everyone with Athens Burger Bar for the delicious craft food, drinks, and hospitality!! Athens Burger Bar's "Home of the Hamburger" Gourmet Texas Burger Challenge (~$90):

- Athens Burger Bar is located inside the Common Area Market (CAM) in Athens, Texas.
- It is technically a food truck, and they offer 7 different delicious hamburgers on their menu.
- "Uncle" Fletcher Davis invented the hamburger in Athens, Texas and brought it to the 1904 World's Fair in St Louis, Missouri. This is recognized by Hamburger University (McDonald's) and most other sources.
- The 7 craft burgers - The "Fletch" Hamburger, Brunch Burger, House Burger, "Fancy Pants" Burger, "Damn Smokey" Cheeseburger, "Goomba" Burger, and "Saddle Up" Burger w/ "Cowboy Candy" (candied jalapenos).
- There is also a 1lb "Chili Bomb" with Fritz fries topped with cheese and Texas-style chili (without beans).
- There is a 1 hour time limit to finish. Winners earn the ~$90 meal free, a sweet t-shirt, and Wall of Fame!!
