Ingredients

3 whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup dried apricots, chopped
1 cup pitted prunes, chopped
1 cup cheese grated
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Spices (optional)

Directions

First we need to prepare the chicken, wash, soak and chop the prunes and dried apricots.
Cut the fillet into two parts. 
Slice of chicken to fight off both sides.
Add salt.
Lay the cheese on fillet, add dried apricots or prunes.
Close roll. Add Salt, pepper and spices (to taste). Grease with vegetable oil or butter chicken roll and bake in a preheated oven to 400 F/200 C for 30-40 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink.
