Maine Medical Center Nursing Earns Third Magnet Designation

http://www.mmc.org - On March 30, 2017, Maine Med received its third Magnet designation from American Nurses Credentialing Center, an independent organization within the American Nurses Association. Only about 2 percent of US hospitals achieve Magnet designation three times or more. The Magnet Recognition Program recognizes health care organizations for quality patient care, nursing excellence and innovations in professional nursing practice. This honor exemplifies the dedication of our nurses and all of our employees to high-quality patient care.
