MMC: Educating Tomorrow's Caregivers

http://www.mmc.org - One of the pillars of Maine Medical Center's Mission is "Educating Tomorrow's Caregivers." One of the ways we bring that to life is through the Maine Track program, which is an undergraduate medical education partnership that we've built with the Tufts University School of Medicine. The Maine Track offers a rigorous training program focused on the needs of Maine while also giving students firsthand experience providing care in local communities throughout the state. This approach creates more than just a pipeline of new physicians: it lays the foundation for a future where every Mainer has access to excellent medical care. The Maine Track program is a unique and visionary way to cultivate a generation of new physicians for our state.
