Housing Market Overview (July ‘21) – California, Los Angeles County, Torrance, Palos Verdes

California housing market remains solid as we head into fall and winter months. Both the number of homes sold and median home prices decreased slightly but many factors that have fueled buyer demands are still in place and there is a shortage of inventory to meet buyer demands. Though the price appreciation may not be as prominent as it has been during the first half of this year, home price depreciation is not expected in my local area here in Southern California.
