Stone Mining, Undertaking Contract for an 85-Hectare Field Harvest | HORSCH AgroVation | FS 22 | #17

Welcome back to the HORSCH AgroVation Farm Timelapse. Initially, our focus is on leveling specific areas, starting near the point of sale. To accomplish this, we deploy our DAF XF 106 6X2 truck with KRAMPE trailers and a Caterpillar R3000H wheel loader. During the leveling process, we extract stones, transporting them for further processing.
Upon completing the landscaping tasks, the truck is returned to the yard. The revenue generated, in part from selling salt on pallets, allows us to acquire additional KRAMPE trailers. Meanwhile, as our crops mature in the fields, we engage in a contract to harvest largest field spanning 85 hectares.
For this substantial undertaking, we employ CLAAS LEXION 8900 combine harvesters and a FENDT 936 VARIO tractor paired with a HAWE ULW 4000 trailer. The harvested crops are efficiently loaded onto the trailers and transported by trucks to the designated unloading point as part of our contractual obligations.
