In a trade there are two accurate behaviours required from a trader.
1) Getting the correct entry
2) Exiting the trade.

In my Gold Trading system I favour the trade entries that I demonstrate in this video. The reason that I use this entry system is because the risk is built into the price action just before the entry, this gives me an advantage because it means that I have one less thing to think about in the trade. The risk is predefined.

Before taking the entry I must have all my ducks in a row, I look for momentum to be pointing in the direction of my proposed trade on at least two timeframes (the more the better).

I also look for price to close and open on a new candle close to what I describe as the River of Value, this adds to the probability of success for me and provides additional support and resistance for me.

All factors are important in trading and we must start with the correct fundamentals, this system makes trading less complicated.

Generally I find that if a trader picks a good entry position then they have options on where they exit, this takes the pressure off the trade and brings enjoyment to the process.
