Stuffed Bell Peppers Recipe | How to Make Stuffed Bell Peppers

I remember when my hubby made stuffed bell peppers for me when we first got married. I thought that was pretty strange back then, but now I just love them. It’s something we make all the time now. I hope you give it a try.

👩🏻‍🍳 STUFFED BELL PEPPERS

1 pound ground beef
4 large bell peppers, any variety
½ cup onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon oregano
½ teaspoon thyme
½ teaspoon basil
½ teaspoon rosemary
2 cups cooked white rice
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup tomato sauce
Sliced mozzarella cheese for topping

Boil pepper halves for 5 minutes. Remove from pot and stuff with ½ cup of filling each. Bake at 350F or 177C for 30 minutes.
