Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes Recipe | How to Make Scalloped Potatoes

I love scalloped potatoes because it’s so simple and easy to make and it tastes so good. People will think you spent a lot of time in the kitchen making this when you really didn’t.

👩🏻‍🍳 CHEESY SCALLOPED POTATOES

2 pounds russet potatoes, peeled and sliced
4 tablespoons butter
¼ cup chopped onion
3 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 ½ cups whole milk
4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Bake at 350F or 177C for 50 minutes. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and bake an additional 10 minutes.
