Beef Stock - 40oz
White Onions, large dice - 3ea
Top Round Steak/Chuck Roast - 3 pounds
Red Wine - 12oz
Horse Radish - As needed
Salt - AN
Black Pepper - AN

Beef Spice Rub

All Purpose Flour - 1/2C
Black Pepper - 1T
Salt - 1T
Szechuan Peppercorn, crushed (optional) - 2T
Paprika - 1T
All Spice - 1t
Granulated Garlic - 2T
Potato Au Gratin

Sliced Thin Potato, ~3# (12 medium Potato)
Cheddar cheese, Shredded - 12oz
Parmesan, shredded - 3oz
Heavy cream - 25oz
White onion, thin slices - 2ea
Salt - 1t
Black Pepper - 1t

Cauliflower Soup

Cauliflower, rough chopped - 3ea
White Onion, rough chopped - 2ea
Garlic cloves - 10ea
Salt and Pepper - To Taste
Sake - 10oz
Water - 40oz
Oil - 3oz

Huntsman Sausage

Sausage (Your choice) - 2#
Water - 12oz
Light Beer - 12oz

Additional Accompaniments (Optional):

French Baguette - 1ea
Asiago Cheese - 1 Big Chunk
Grapes - 1#
Ale (In Zelda container!) - 32oz++

Keep in mind that you can make your own sausage, bread, hell make your own cheese! Just know, you will need some other Hunters along to tackle this meal. It's no snack.
