Day 176: Major System Changes, CRM Switch, and Injury Update

Day 176 of the journey.

Big update today.

On the business side:

Transitioning from XLeads → GoHighLevel for full control and scalability
Moving to PropStream for better lead data and list building
Rebuilt and finalized the websites
Next step: domain transfer + backend automation setup

The goal is full ownership of the system so nothing limits growth.

On the personal side:

Found out my left knee is injured (patella tendon issue)
Options:
PRP treatment (4–6 week recovery)
Surgery (up to 6 months recovery)

Still figuring that out, but it’s something I’ll have to manage while continuing to work.

On the cleaning business:

Deal with buyer fell through (terms too far apart)
I’ll continue running it until debt is cleared

Overall plan:

Use wholesaling to get out of debt
Transition into real estate investing
Build long-term wealth through property

Big changes happening—now it’s about executing through them.
