Day 107: The Rule of 100 and Filling the Pipeline
Day 107 update.
Today was steady. One confirmed sale (possibly two calls total), plus a couple cancellations and reschedules — normal for this business.
The bigger shift is strategy.
I’m implementing Alex Hormozi’s Rule of 100:
50 warm DMs
50 cold DMs
1 Facebook post daily
Add 10–20 local friends
Weekends: 50 total DMs + post
The goal is simple: fill the pipeline.
Right now, the constraint isn’t closing. It’s volume. If I can consistently generate 30–40 quote calls per week and close ~50%, that’s 15–20 cleans weekly. Add recurring conversions on top, and schedules fill fast.
Long-term, once revenue is stable, I’d rather pay $150–$160 per day in ads and remove myself from heavy outbound. But until then, I’m the marketing engine.
I’m not quitting. I’m giving this the full year push.
This business needs to become a cash generator — not my final destination, but a stepping stone.
Discipline over emotion.
Daily minimums over motivation.
On to Day 108.
