BRITISH ARMY FITNESS TEST - ROLE FITNESS TEST 2021

Take a closer look at the British Army Fitness tests. Role Fitness Test - Soldier (RFT-S) and Annual Fitness Test (AFT). These are tested annually.

RFT-S is used to test Ground Close Combat (GCC) Infantry and Armoured Corps.

All other Non Ground Close Combat Corps (NGCC) will conduct Annual Fitness Test (AFT) and the weight required is determined by the corps.
