JLG Scissor Lift: No-crank from Platform

Hey it's another JLG scissor lift!

Customer complaint: can't start it from the platform control box.

Let's use the JLG Analyzer and some logic to quickly and efficiently track down the issue, and fix it the PHAD way :)
